1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using AstroTigya services, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. About AstroTigya

AstroTigya provides personalized astrology guidance and digital astrology-related services based on the birth details and information shared by the customer.

3. Services

AstroTigya currently offers three personalized Blueprint services:

• Personal Life Blueprint — personalized guidance on overall life direction, strengths, challenges, life themes and important periods.
• Relationship & Marriage Blueprint — personalized guidance on relationship patterns, marriage prospects, partner-related themes and timing.
• Career & Business Blueprint — personalized guidance on career direction, professional strengths, business potential and growth periods.
• AstroTigya Astrologer Chat Membership — a recurring monthly membership providing text-based astrologer chat support.

4. Personalized Blueprint

To receive a Blueprint, the customer provides birth details, their current situation, their personal questions, and any other information relevant to the selected service.

The Blueprint is prepared based on the information provided by the customer and the astrology analysis used for that service.

5. 30-Minute Personal Chat Support

Each Blueprint includes 30 minutes of 1-on-1 personal chat support with an astrologer.

This chat support is text-based and does not include voice calls or video calls.

Additional astrologer support may be available separately as a premium service.

6. AstroTigya Chat Membership

• The membership provides text-based astrologer chat only. No voice calls or video calls are included.
• The service is subject to the usage and availability rules communicated in the membership terms.
• The Astrologer Chat Membership is available for up to 1 hour of chat usage per day, subject to astrologer availability and service operating hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• If an ongoing conversation reaches the applicable daily limit, the astrologer may pause or conclude the session after addressing the relevant questions, and the customer may continue on the following day.

7. Appropriate Use

Customers must not:

• Use abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate language.
• Harass or threaten astrologers or staff.
• Attempt to misuse the service.
• Attempt to obtain fraudulent refunds.
• Share unlawful or harmful content.
• Use the service for illegal purposes.

Zero-tolerance

AstroTigya may immediately suspend or cancel access in cases of serious abuse, threats, harassment, or prohibited conduct. Where access is terminated for such misconduct, no refund will be provided, subject to applicable law.

8. Astrology Guidance

Astrology is a traditional guidance system. Astrology guidance is not a guarantee of future events or outcomes.

Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and actions. AstroTigya services are not a substitute for qualified professional advice in medical, legal, financial, mental-health or other professional matters.

9. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate birth details and other information required for personalized services. Incorrect information may affect the resulting analysis.

10. Intellectual Property

AstroTigya's reports, written content, audio, video, website content, branding, graphics and other materials are protected and may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, copied or commercially reused without permission.

11. Payments

All purchases are subject to the displayed price and the applicable payment-provider terms.

12. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the AstroTigya Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Privacy

The handling of customer information is described in the AstroTigya Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Services / Terms

AstroTigya may update its services, features, pricing or these Terms when necessary.
